Jason Beacham is a Wānaka-based photographer with a strong foundation in outdoor sports and a deep appreciation for the landscapes and people that define New Zealand’s backcountry. Having worked with a wide range of clients both locally and internationally, Jason brings a seasoned and versatile approach to visual storytelling.
His work has been featured in leading publications, including a cover image in Spoke Magazine and a double-page spread in Powder Magazine — achievements that reflect both his technical skill and his ability to capture moments that resonate.
Driven by a genuine passion for the outdoors, Jason focuses on documenting the connection between people and place. Whether it’s high-energy action or quiet, authentic moments in the wild, his photography highlights the character, culture, and beauty of life lived outside.

Alongside Lennon, Jason brings years of professional photography and videography experience into the outdoors, capturing everything from remote hunting missions and fishing trips to commercial work for brands operating in the outdoor space.
